We met with Bruce who answered all our questions about the product, and the installation process. He even had a product sample for us to look at. We previously had an estimate from another company which we felt was excessive.
Bruce was not only very competitive on price, but flexible on additional work we wanted to do at the same time when the tub was installed. The tub arrived on schedule, and the installers were here within days of the tub arrival. Bruce predicted a 4 day install, since we added wall and floor ceramic installation to the tub install. The installers were professional, cleaned up daily, and completed the jab in exactly 4 consecutive days as promised."

"Mr. Bruce Hammer assigned my request to Nick Boatman. Nick arrived promptly, and was very polite. When Nick began drilling, he noted that several tiles were loose, indicating water damage to the interior wall. Final analysis, Nick did not feel that the installation could be guaranteed for safety. In detail, he explained what could be done, i.e., tearing out tile, and replacing a stronger interior wall and new tile. While I was very disappointed, I appreciated Nick's honest assessment. I had to postpone the work that was needed. When I was ready, Nick and Mr Hammer came back out they were there when they said they were going to be. Finished in a timely manner and there were no hidden charges. Very happy with them!"
