1.How do your tubs compare to the competition?
Our walk-in tubs have the highest quality construction and quality control during manufacturing. We use aircraft quality door seals, gel coat fiberglass (same as a fiberglass boat construction}, welded steel frames, multi speed air jet motors with build inline heaters, quick drain system. The faucets and showers are high quality ADA rated. All tubs are leak tested prior to shipping. Our installations are top notch. We use high quality materials to install the tubs.

2.Can I take a shower?
Yes, all of our tubs come standard with a hand held shower and adjustable wail mounted rail. You can stand up or sit down to shower. We always include a custom fitted shower curtain rod and curtain. The hand held shower is so convenient to rinse out the tub after you bathe.

3.How does the water stay in the tub?
The rigid door frame, easy to operate lock and door seal system keeps every drop of water in the tub. Our door seal is guaranteed not to leak, and has a lifetime replacement guarantee.

4.How are your tubs installed?
By our own highly skilled and experienced installation crews. All aspects of the job are handled by us, from removal of old tub, plumbing hookup, electrical far hydrotherapy system, all finish work. We always install auxiliary grab bars where you need them, to enhance your safety while using the tub. We always cleanup and haul away all construction debris. We always train you in the care and use of the bathtub and hydrotherapy system.

5.Hour long will it take to install?
It normally takes 2 days to install a bathtub in your home from start to finish.

6.What are warranties are offered with your tub?
The bathtub carries a lifetime guarantee on the door seal, other components of the tub are guaranteed for 5 years. Our installations are guaranteed for 1 year parts and labor.

7.How do I order a tub?
Call us, make an appointment to survey the home and your needs. We have tubs on display that you can see and sit in at our shop in Aurora., IL. (by appointment). We can order a tub and have it installed, usually in less than 2 weeks start to finish.

8.Is Access Remodelers insured and licensed?
We carry licenses and business liability and workman's comp. insurance.

9.How do you keep my home clean?
We utilize best practices during installation. We always cover your floors with drop cloths, use hepa filtered vacuum cleaners. We take extra care to assure your home is clean and put back in order when the installation is completed.
